At Stackd Supplements we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available and how they are handled.
Returns
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
However, due to the nature of food supplements, we can only accept returns where:

the product is unused

the seal is intact

the product is returned in its original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

photos of the product and packaging where possible
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the product arrived damaged

the wrong product was sent
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

products not returned in their original condition
