This policy explains how subscription or recurring purchase options work at Stackd Supplements and how they can be managed or cancelled.

Subscription Products

Some products on our website may be offered as a subscription or recurring purchase option.

When you choose a subscription option, you agree that the product will be automatically delivered at the selected interval and that payment will be taken automatically using your chosen payment method.

Billing

When you purchase a subscription:

  • you authorise recurring payments at the selected delivery interval

  • payments will be automatically charged before each order is dispatched

  • the billing schedule will follow the subscription interval you selected at checkout

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by:

From your account you may be able to:

  • pause a subscription

  • skip a delivery

  • update delivery frequency

  • update payment details

  • cancel your subscription

Cancelling a Subscription

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

However, cancellation must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

If a payment has already been processed, the order will be dispatched and cancellation will apply to future deliveries.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be processed:

  • we may attempt to process the payment again

  • your subscription may be paused until payment details are updated

Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription options at any time.

Any changes will not affect existing orders that have already been confirmed.

Returns and Refunds

Products purchased through a subscription are subject to our Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
