This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Stackd Supplements are processed, dispatched and delivered.

We work with a trusted third-party fulfilment partner to store, pack and ship orders on our behalf.


Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, launches, promotions or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

If we begin shipping to additional countries, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery: 2 to 4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Carriers and Tracking

Orders are shipped using third-party courier services.

Where tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

In some cases, the courier used may vary depending on parcel size, destination, availability or operational requirements.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotion will be clearly shown on the website.


Customer Responsibility for Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details entered at checkout are complete and accurate.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed delivery, or loss where incorrect or incomplete delivery information has been provided.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Delivery Delays

While we and our fulfilment partners work hard to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • courier network delays

  • weather disruption

  • public holidays

  • industrial action

  • high seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to help you track and resolve any issues.


Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@yourstackd.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the parcel and product, where relevant

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution.


Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may need to allow a reasonable period for the courier to investigate before a replacement or refund can be issued.
